Managing Your CipherDrive Subscription

Your CipherDriveâ„¢ subscription benefits are managed through Ackaia One, the subscription and entitlement layer for Ackaia consumer products.

What can I manage?

Depending on your account, region, and current plan, subscription controls may let you review or manage:

Where do I manage it?

Use the subscription or billing controls currently available through your Ackaia account or Ackaia One interface.

Because Ackaia can update its account-management interface, this article does not hard-code a particular menu path. Follow the current Plan, Subscription, or Billing controls shown in your account.

Review the renewal date

Paid subscriptions generally renew automatically unless otherwise stated.

Before making a change, review:

Changing payment information

If the current billing flow supports it, update your payment method through the authorized Ackaia or payment-processor billing interface.

Do not send full card numbers, banking credentials, one-time passwords, or other payment secrets through ordinary support messages.

Invoices and receipts

Where available, invoices, receipts, or transaction records can be obtained through the current billing portal or the payment provider associated with the transaction.

Billing documents may include information required for accounting or tax purposes and can be retained according to applicable financial and legal retention requirements.

Does changing my subscription affect encryption?

A plan change does not normally change CipherDrive's cryptographic model. Your files remain subject to the documented client-side encryption and zero-knowledge storage architecture.

However, a downgrade or billing restriction can affect your ability to upload, transfer, share, or access product features. Export important files before making changes if there is any risk that your new entitlement will be below your current usage.
